Lead Cellar Tech

Exile Brewing Company is seeking a committed, full-time, Lead Cellar Tech. This position is a vital role in our operation and can only be successfully filled by someone who makes craft beer their lifestyle, finds meaning in crafting beer for our fans and is willing to work 50+ hours/week during our busy season while maintaining a positive attitude. The Lead Cellar Tech will be required to operate equipment efficiently, accurately, and safely to product quality beer according to our operating procedures and parameters.

Line Cook

We are looking for a professional line cook to prepare food to the head chef’s specifications and to set up stations for menu. Line Cook duties will consist of assisting the head chef and sous chef with their daily tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.

 Hours: Tuesday-Sunday evenings
