Join us for our 5th Appreciating Beer. A class where we dive deeper into styles with 4 beers and 3 food pairings followed by a tour of the brewery. Great for anyone who is looking to expand their knowledge of the beer world!

This class will be Grain to Glass, an inside look on how we start with an idea for a beer and see it all the way through production, artwork, sales distribution.

  • Denali Daze / New England-Style IPA / 6.3% ABV paired with mahi-mahi taco & pineapple salsa
  • Oktoberfest / Märzen-Style Lager / 5.9% ABV paired with pork moutarde and herbed potatoes
  • Pink Guava Bohemian Sour ale brewed with pink guava / 5.0% ABV paired with fried pink guava cheesecake, in a wonton, served with a guava sauce
