Start your night off with a guided tour through the brewery all before a five-course dinner accompanied by beer pairings.

1st Course: Calamari ceviche – smoked tomatoes, red pepper, white onion, fennel, fried serrano strips (paired with Zoltan Island Ale)

2nd Course: Deconstructed baby crab cakes – buttered crouton; claw and lump meat, salad of mayo, pepper, shallots, fried caper, orange, lemon, garlic gremolata (paired with Citra Sky Hazy IPA)

3rd Course: Beet salad – arugula, candy stripe beets, Boursin, hearts of palm, yellow squash, fig balsamic marinated portabella cap as vessel, lemon vinaigrette (paired with Ruthie Gold Lager)

4th Course: Beef medallions, candied jalapeño chutney, scalloped sweet potatoes with bacon, fennel fronds (paired with Forage Nut Brown Ale)

5th Course: Sweet corn ice cream – chocolate covered bacon, amaretto whipped cream, berry gastrique (paired with Lotus Queen Hazy IPA)
