First Course choice of:
• Duck confit French onion soup / focaccia croutons / melted gruyere (Paired with G.G. Dunkel)
• Salmon Caprese salad / fresh basil / Dankalope vinaigrette (paired with Dankalope American IPA)

Main Course choice of:
• Ruthie marinated sirloin / green beans / garlic mash (paired with Ruthie Gold Lager)
• Miso glazed salmon / spinach & tomato risotto / green beans (paired with Hannah Wheat Ale)
• Spring vegetable pasta (paired with Zoltan Island Ale)

Dessert:
Red Velvet cake
