Omaha & Lincoln Sales Representative

Overview of Job

We are seeking a full-time Sales Representative in the Omaha area to lead our day-to-day sales efforts. The sales representative will be responsible for selling all Exile products at independent, on-premise and off-premise accounts. The sales representative will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with accounts and distributor sales reps. To be successful in this role, individuals must be disciplined, team-players, love engaging with people, have a positive attitude, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and be motivated to create and execute a plan that delivers results.

General Roles and Responsibilities  

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Build and manage account relationships in Quality Brands & Doll Territories.

  • Drive distribution at retail with our core products

  • Schedule and execute product samplings at grocery stores, bars, restaurants, and beer festivals

  • Engage with fans and customers while communicating our brand story and values

  • Follow & execute Exile processes

  • Assist Exile territory Managers or other sales reps during sales calls as needed

  • Contribute to weekly internal team meetings

  • Must be willing and excited to cold call, build relationships, follow up and close deals!

  • Build daily, weekly, and quarterly plans that achieve company goals

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in food and beverage. Customer facing retail or distribution level preferred

  • Positive demeanor, excellent communication skills, and professional attitude

  • Excellent ability to maintain professional relationships

  • A high level or personal motivation, urgency, and integrity

  • Familiar with Microsoft Business Suite

  • Competitive and eager to learn

  • Must be 21+ years old and have reliable transportation
